The microprocessor permits one touch startup diagnostics; and in run conditions it continues to monitor alarm conditions. The unit features a RS232 interface for computer control and monitoring. The three shelf system offers 4 sq.ft. of total surface with 3” vertical spacing.
The system offers three modes of operations:
Automatic - where the user inputs setpoint temperature, and the system determines eutectic and chamber pressure and shelf temperature. Identifies end of primary drying, and changes pressure and shelf temperature set point to begin secondary drying.
Semi-automatic – where the operator inputs the eutectic and final shelf temperature.
Programmable – contains four segments where the operator selects shelf temperature, time and chamber vacuum. One tough start-up freezes the product and then proceeds in program mode. Setpoints can be verified during cycle by sequencing digital displays.
