Features

The Amsco 3033 Sterilizer is monitored and controlled by its onboard microcomputer through the entire conditioning, sterilizing, exhaust, and drying phases. Visual and audible completion alarm sounds for 90 seconds. At the end of the cycle the timers and set points reset to the previous selected values. Set point is monitored to within 1.1 oC, and auto messaging and shutdown effected.
The sterilizing cycle uses steam under pressure, with mechanical air evacuation for high speed, high volume sterilization. At up to 270 oF it is ideal for the sterilization of glassware, wrapped hard goods, and moisture stabile materials such as fabrics. The Vacamatic model also provides gravity-type cycles.
Printer output, seen to the left of the door, records cycle set points, and current cycle phase and conditions. The control column also includes a vacuum fluorescent display.
